Right now, payment is by InstaPay or bank transfer: pick a plan, send the payment with your reference code, upload your screenshot in the app, and we activate your account — usually within a few hours. Card payment is coming soon.

Yes. Message us and you won't be charged again — you keep access until the period you already paid for ends.

If something's gone wrong with a payment, message Support within 48 hours and we'll sort it out directly — we don't yet have an automated refund system since billing is still manual.

Yes — your data is locked to your account only, encrypted in transit, and no one else can read it. See our Privacy Policy for details.

No. We don't sell or share your personal data with advertisers.

Yes — message Support and we'll permanently delete your account and data.

Use "Forgot password?" on the log-in screen — we'll email you a reset link.

Yes — Settings has a subscribable calendar link that works with iPhone Calendar, Google Calendar and Outlook. It's one-way (Keel → your calendar) and refreshes roughly hourly.

Not yet — Keel is currently English only. Arabic support is on our roadmap.
