By creating a Keel account or using the Keel app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Keel is a subscription app for tracking tasks, habits and personal finances, and for generating a daily "Life Score." Keel provides suggestions and summaries based on the information you enter — it is not a licensed financial advisor, and nothing in the app constitutes professional financial, legal, or tax advice.
Keel is offered on paid subscription plans, billed monthly or annually. Current pricing is shown on our Pricing page and may change with notice to existing members; members who join under a "price locked" offer keep that price for as long as stated at signup.
Payment is currently collected manually via InstaPay/bank transfer. After you submit proof of payment, your account is activated once we confirm the transfer, typically within a few hours. Automated card billing will be added in the future and these terms will be updated accordingly.
You may cancel anytime by contacting Support — you will not be billed again, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Because billing is currently manual, refunds are handled case-by-case; contact Support within 48 hours of payment if there's an issue.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into Keel (tasks, transactions, goals) and for keeping your login credentials secure. Keel's Life Score and suggestions are only as useful as the data you provide.
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access another member's account or data, reverse-engineering the app, or using Keel for any unlawful purpose.
The Keel name, branding, and app are the property of Keel. Your own data (tasks, transactions, habits) remains yours.
Keel is provided "as is." While we take reasonable care to keep the service reliable and your data safe, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app, including decisions made based on the Life Score or in-app suggestions.
We may update these terms as Keel grows. Meaningful changes will be communicated to active members.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
