When you use Keel, we store: your account email; profile info you provide (name, persona, goals); the tasks, habits and transactions you enter; a profile photo if you choose to upload one; and, when you submit a subscription payment, a screenshot as proof of payment.
We use your data to run the app — showing your tasks, calculating your Life Score, syncing your calendar if you enable it, verifying subscription payments, and sending account-related emails (welcome, payment confirmation, renewal reminders). We do not use your financial data to sell you products from other companies.
Your data is stored on Supabase, a hosted database provider, protected by row-level security so that only you (and, where necessary for support, our admin account) can access your records. Data is encrypted in transit.
We don't sell your personal data. Data is shared only with the infrastructure providers needed to run Keel (our database/hosting provider, and our email provider once configured) — never with advertisers.
Screenshots you upload as proof of payment are stored privately and only visible to you and our admin account, used solely to verify and activate your subscription.
You can ask us to access, correct, or permanently delete your account and data at any time via the Support page.
Keel uses only the minimum technical storage needed to keep you logged in. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
Keel is not directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.
We may update this policy as Keel grows. Meaningful changes will be communicated to active members.
